Show Season Is Almost Here - and We've Been Busy!
Spring is truly right around the corner. As of writing this it's just a little over two weeks away. While we've certainly been busy cleaning up our rides and getting them all ready, we've been hard at work refining our web site and social media, as well as adding some new features. Here's what we've been up to!

It's official -we finally have a monthly newsletter! The Car Culture Chronicle is the official newsletter of Jersey Shore Car Shows. It will be available on our web site HERE and will also be emailed to those on our mailing list. We plan to expand the newsletter with more articles and features, and we welcome everyone to contribute. From write ups on car clubs and shows, tips and tech help, to anything in between the sky is the limit. Contact us via chat on the web site or email info@jerseyshorecarshows.org if you'd like to participate.
In a hurry? Here are more ways to find events! We added two new ways for you to find events in your area. First, if you want to see events we recently added, check out our RECENTLY ADDED EVENTS section. If you want to download a text list of upcoming shows, that is also available. You can find the link on our main page, as well as the events and calendar page. It's updated daily. We've also improved the EVENT CALENDAR function. You now have access to different views, including a map view, and can print directly anything you see.
What's next? We have a few things up our sleeves, but here's a few spoilers:
We are hard at work expanding our You Tube Channel with original content as well as video's of shows we attend. If you'd like to contribute video, please get in touch with us!
Car Show Assistance. No, we won't run your show for you, but we can help with designing flyers, consulting with you so the show runs smooth, and provide forms and other items to help get you going. Just reach out and we'll see how we can help you.
Product & Service Directory is coming soon. We are working on putting together a "marketplace" sort-of to connect the vehicles owners with companies and individuals that can help work on them, get parts, make repairs, transport, ect. No, it's not going to be a bunch of advertisements. We are working on vetting those involved, with reviews, testimonials, ect. It's going to be more on the exclusive side so you know that you will get a trusted partner to help with your vehicle needs.
So now, we wait for warmer weather, and show season to start! If you plan on running a show this year and have not chosen a date PLEASE check our calendar first before you plan. Many dates have already filled up. There are only so many weekends in the season, so it's best to get started early. Make sure you get us your flyers as well!
This year we are only running one show, Garden State Autorama, in conjunction with our friends at Sentimental Cruisers. We are still looking for vendors and swap meet vendors. Don't forget to pre-register your ride now and save 50% - this show is expected to fill up fast. If you remember, last year we ran out of space an hour after start time. Everyone who pre-registered had a spot.
I've been asked "why only one show?" It's simple - we want to be able to get out to shows, see everyone, get some awesome pictures and video, interview vehicle owners, and just have a good time! Well, we also want to help spread the word and get people out to these shows, so now we can re-focus on that too! We started Jersey Shore Car Shows as a 501c3 non-profit to help others, and while we've done that all along, we are getting back to our roots. The pandemic is pretty much in the rearview mirror, so we don't have to run 18,572 events every year to make up for cancellations. We are so happy to see everyone running shows, and even happier to see new events announced! If you see us at a show, please come over and say hi!! Until then, we'll count down the days until the season begins.
