CANCELLATIONS

2021 Event Update from GPK Auctions
It is with a heavy heart that, for the first time in nearly 50 years, GPK Auctions must announce the cancellation of the 2021 Atlantic City Auction & Car Show.
Due to NJ Executive Order-196 issued by Governor Murphy, restricting indoor events to no more than 10 people, we would not be able to produce an event that meets the standard that our customers expect and deserve.
Here’s what we know:
-
The Atlantic City Convention Center is a state building therefore all decisions regarding the use of the building must be approved through the state and Governor Murphy
-
The Atlantic City Convention Center was set up as a Field Hospital in April 2020
-
All events scheduled to take place at the Atlantic City Convention Center through the first quarter of 2021 have either been postponed, cancelled, or converted to virtual events
-
Executive Order-196 issued on November 16, 2020 reduced the indoor capacity limit to 10 people
-
The Atlantic City Convention Center event calendar for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters of 2021 does not have any viable dates that don’t conflict with other auctions
Cancelling the event is not the outcome that we anticipated or desired! We appreciate your continued support as we navigate through these difficult times. See you in February 2022!!
POSTPONED - South Jersey Region AACA Swap Meet
·
The Swap Meet has been POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
A new date will be set once the Governor of New Jersey lifts the restrictions of how many people can gather together.
It will NOT take place on 3/28/21.
UPDATED: 2/19/2021
